Or low iron with a pressing cloth if you notice embroidery puckering

What’s the turnaround time?
Our pieces are "made to order"- we try to ship out within a week, 2 weeks max unless otherwise notified. For fully custom or bulk orders most take 2–4 weeks after design approval. Larger runs may take 4–6 weeks.
Do you offer rush orders?
Sometimes! Share your deadline and I’ll confirm availability. Rush fees may apply.
Can you use my logo?
Yes—vector files are ideal. High-res .PNG or .JPG also works; I’ll prep it for embroidery and send a mockup.
Do You offer returns?
Because everything is custom and made to order, we cannot offer returns unless we make a mistake on our end, in which case email us at cassidytorrence@gmail.com upon package delivery within one week
